Job Description:

• Monitor POP equipment such as switches, routers, UPS, and batteries 
•  Check alarms, temperature, and electrical systems regularly 
•  Coordinate with NOC and field teams for issue resolution 
•  Maintain POP logs, power reports, and maintenance records 
•  Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper rack arrangement 
•  Assist in installation and upgrade of equipment 
•  Report faults or environmental issues promptly 
•  Manage site access and maintain visitor logs 
•  POP uptime and equipment stability 
•  Accuracy of logs and reports 
•  Timely issue response and escalation 
•  Cleanliness and condition of POP site

Specification:

• Diploma in a technical field preferred; technical training is an advantage.
•  Experience in POP or telecom environment is an added advantage.
•  Basic knowledge of POP infrastructure and telecom equipment.
•  Strong communication, coordination, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
