Project Team Leader

Job Description:

• Lead and execute Ncell enterprise service deployment projects. 
• Coordinate with Ncell teams, internal departments, and field teams. 
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. 
• Oversee installation, testing, and activation of enterprise services. 
• Handle client communication, updates, and issue resolution. 
• Ensure documentation of project progress, reports, and service details. 
• Monitor risks, escalations, and ensure SLA compliance. 
• Conduct site surveys and validate technical feasibility. 
• Train and supervise project team members. 

Specification:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or Management. 
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom/enterprise projects. 
• Strong project management and coordination skills. 
• Understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions. 
• Good communication and stakeholder-handling skills. 
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
