Job Description:

•  Conduct quality checks and internal audits to maintain operational standards
•  Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
•  Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and identify improvement areas
•  Track customer complaints, service issues, and corrective actions
•  Support QA/QC process improvement and SOP implementation activities
•  Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for quality assurance
•  Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation
•  Communicate effectively with team members and management in English and Nepali

Specification:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, BBA, or related field
•  1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or quality control preferred
•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
•  Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•  Good communication and teamwork abilities
•  Freshers with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
