Job Description:
  • Follow up with customers whose packages are nearing expiry or whose accounts are inactive.
  • Assist customers in resolving service-related issues and promote timely renewals.
  • Communicate current Vianet offers, service updates, and new features.
  • Contact customers who cancel their services to understand their reasons for leaving, recommend effective solutions, and encourage plan renewals.
  • Conduct reactivation of different types of customers and services.
  • Track reactivation using internal systems (Online, Dashboard, STE, etc.).
  • Maintain follow-up updates, call status, issues, and solutions in the system.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to schedule callbacks and resolve escalations.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors based on daily/weekly targets.


Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Minimum +2 pass (Any Stream)
  • Experience in ISP/ Telecom industry is preferred
  • Preferred Bachelor Degree
