3 weeks from now ● Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
● Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
● Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily entries of income and expenses.
● Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments.
● Handle petty cash and ensure reconciliation with records.
● Support in monthly financial reporting, including P&L statements and cash flow reports.
● Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
● Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
● Ensure timely submission of bills, tax filings (TDS/VAT), and other compliance requirements.
● 1 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
● Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities.
● Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
● Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
