Job Description:
  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with staff, departments, and management to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve minor issues promptly.
  • Maintain and organize records, patient/client files, and essential administrative documentation.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring proper verification and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external correspondence, memos, and notifications.
  • Support event scheduling, meetings, and room bookings when required.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and order replenishments as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and follow organizational policies in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Specification:
  • Minimum education: High School / Intermediate; Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred.
