Job Description:

The Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue internet payments, explaining outstanding balances, and arranging timely recoveries. The role involves field visits, maintaining recovery records, coordinating with the accounts team, and ensuring smooth payment collection in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in collection, recovery, or customer service
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle field and phone-based recovery tasks
• Two Wheeler and license  compulsory
