Job Description:

• Efficient time management and punctuality in completing tasks.
• Responsible handling of cash, payments, and company assets.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Accurate record-keeping of transactions, collections, and daily activities.

Specification:

• SLC/ +2 Completed or running.
• Visit and follow up with inactive customers to encourage service reactivation
• Convince customers to resume using Vianet’s internet services
• If customers choose to discontinue, safely retrieve and return the router
• Maintain accurate daily records of visits, customer decisions, and recovered equipment
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as needed
• Own motorbike and valid driving license (compulsory)
