Job Description:

 The Recovery Agent is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and maintaining low levels of overdue accounts. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, identifying reasons for non-payment, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure successful recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of accounting and billing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and record-keeping tools.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
