Job Description:

• Collect outstanding dues and update payment records.
• Coordinate with billing/customer service teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports.
• Handle customer billing queries politely and professionally.
• Call inactive customer and recover Router

Specification:

• Minimum +2 passed.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Field visit capability and local area knowledge.
• Must have Two Wheeler and License.
