Job Description:
  • Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee.
  • Grievance handling from employees from different branch, problem solving and escalate to concerned department.
  • Prepare HR related documents like, contract papers, termination letter, role change papers etc.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on human resource and work related issues
  • Monitor employee daily attendance.
  • Maintain proper record of employee leave.
  • Update employee database and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Standby in case of for any emergency occurs during operations of Branch and Mid Plains Region.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in Management or related field/ Freshers are also welcomed.

Experience: 1 year in related field
