Job Description:
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple ISP branches to ensure smooth service delivery. 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and telecom/service regulations. 
  •  Support HR tasks including onboarding, attendance, leave records, and basic employee coordination. 
  •  Prepare regular reports on performance, expenses, inventory, and operations. 
  •  Manage vendors and coordinate with suppliers for equipment and maintenance needs. 
  •  Handle inventory, stock control, and asset management of ISP equipment. 
  •  Conduct stock audits and physical verification to reduce losses and ensure accuracy. 
  •  Coordinate logistics and distribution of equipment for installations and maintenance. 
  •  Monitor service quality and ensure proper upkeep of branch/store facilities. 
  •  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all branch stores.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or related field preferred. 
  •  3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or inventory management (ISP/telecom experience preferred). 
  •  Good knowledge of stock control, asset tracking, and operational coordination. 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP/inventory systems. 
  •  Strong communication and coordination skills with teams, vendors, and management. 
  •  Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations for audits and supervision.
