Regional Sales Manager-Kathmandu & Pokhara

Job Description:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
•  Manage and expand GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Professional/Parlor sales channels. 
•  Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team. 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. 
•  Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. 
•  Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement plans. 
•  Ensure effective product availability, market coverage, and brand visibility. 
•  Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management. 
•  Proven experience in GT, MT, and channel sales. 
•  Experience in the Cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred. 
•  Strong leadership and team management skills. 
•  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 
•  Business development and sales planning skills. 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
•  Market analysis and customer relationship management. 
•  Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. 
•  Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. 
•  Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
