Job Description:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
  • Manage distributor networks, ensure proper stock levels, and monitor secondary sales.
  • Conduct market visits to analyze competition, customer behavior, and product performance.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations for smooth execution of plans.
  • Ensure implementation of trade promotions and merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 1 year+ in a supervisory or regional role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
