Job Description:

• Oversee fiber route operations and ensure the smooth execution of daily maintenance activities.
• Supervise and guide splicers, technicians, helpers, and patrollers to achieve operational efficiency.
• Review daily task assignments, outage reports, and field performance metrics.
• Coordinate closely with NOC, ONM, Admin, and other support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct field inspections, route audits, and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage escalations, emergency situations, and major outages within the region.
• Develop and implement manpower planning and deployment strategies.
• Maintain accurate field records, reports, and inventory logs.
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, field ethics, and compliance with safety standards.

Specification:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fiber field operations or technical management (ISP experience preferred).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of fiber network topology and route architecture.
• Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during critical outages and emergency situations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong skills in reporting, documentation, supervision, and operational oversight.
