Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with patients throughout their IVF treatment journey.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment coordination.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support.
• Assist in coordinating patient counselling and follow-up activities as required.
• Handle patients professionally and provide timely support throughout the clinic process.
• Maintain proper patient records, follow-up details, and necessary documentation.
• Support smooth hospital/clinic operations through effective patient coordination and professional communication.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (BPH) or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital patient coordination or patient relationship management.
• Experience in handling patients, follow-ups, counselling coordination, and hospital/clinic operations.
• Strong patient communication and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, and internal teams.
• Strong patient-handling skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Male candidates preferred.
