Job Description:

• Counsel students regarding study abroad options, universities, courses, and admission procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and service providers
• Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media platforms
• Guide students through application, documentation, visa processing, and enrollment stages
• Coordinate with universities and international partners for offers, deadlines, and updates
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly
• Assist in organizing seminars, education fairs, and promotional events
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-enrollment support
• Achieve assigned enrollment and counseling targets

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing (Education, Management, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education consultancy, counseling, or customer relationship roles
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered
• Ability to handle multiple students and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email handling)
