Reseller & IPTV Sales Support Executive- Jawalakhel

Job Description:

• Create and manage reseller portals, user IDs, and agreements.
•  Assign reseller packages and update package details as required. 
•  Handle customer migration and manage reseller operations through the IOPS system. 
•  Provide operational support for the Vianet Reseller Portal. 
•  Manage IPTV billing, promotions, and service updates. 
•  Perform basic IPTV troubleshooting and resolve sales-related issues. 
•  Coordinate with technical, sales, and product teams for timely issue resolution. 
•  Maintain accurate records, prepare payment reports, and respond to customer inquiries.

Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
•  1–3 years of experience in support, operations, or the telecom industry. 
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
•  Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. 
•  Familiarity with IOPS and Vianet IPTV panel systems. 
•  Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
•  Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 
•  Customer-focused with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
