Reseller Support- Jawalakhel
Job Description:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to no internet access or unstable connectivity
  • Configure and support routers and ONT devices
  • Resolve IPTV/STB activation and service-related errors
  • Identify and address signal level problems
  • Diagnose fiber cuts, ONU issues, and other hardware-related faults
  • Coordinate with NOC, L2, and field teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance to resellers on network best practices, device usage, and preventive maintenance
Specification:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in ISP/Telecom technical support
  • Strong ability to meet SLA requirements and resolve tickets within defined timelines
  • Focus on reseller satisfaction with an emphasis on reducing repeat complaints
  • Proven support for successful service activations
  • Proper handling and documentation of hardware with minimal defects
  • Ability to deliver effective training and guidance to resellers
