Job Description:

• No internet / unstable connection, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve internet outages or unstable connections to restore normal service. 
• Router and ONT configuration Configure, set up, and troubleshoot router and ONT devices to ensure stable internet connectivity. 
•  Identify and resolve IPTV and STB activation and service-related issues to ensure uninterrupted viewing. 
• Signal level issues Monitor and troubleshoot signal level problems to maintain proper network performance. 
• Fiber cuts, ONU issues, and hardware faults Identify, report, and coordinate resolution of fiber, ONU, and hardware-related issues. 
• Coordinate with the NOC, L2, and field teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Guide resellers on network best practices, device usage, and preventive maintenance.

Specification:

• Intermediate level completed in IT Field, Bachelors in IT Field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in related field.
• SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution.
• Reseller satisfaction rating. Reduction in repeat complaints.
• Number of successful activations supported.
• Proper hardware documentation and minimal defects.
• Quality of training provided to resellers.
