Rider Operations & Collections Officer-Naxal, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Monitor rider attendance, daily activity, and overall operational status to ensure smooth fleet operations 
  •  Track rider payment schedules and ensure timely collection of dues from all assigned riders 
  •  Follow up consistently on pending, overdue, and outstanding payments through calls and field visits if required 
  •  Maintain accurate and updated records of all collections, rider accounts, deposits, and transaction details 
  •  Coordinate closely with operations and finance teams for proper reconciliation of payments and reporting accuracy 
  •  Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections, rider performance, and operational status 
  •  Monitor rider compliance, behavior, and vehicle usage to ensure discipline and company guidelines are followed 
  •  Escalate issues related to non-payment, misconduct, or operational irregularities to management in a timely manner 
  •  Assist in onboarding new riders by explaining payment policies, procedures, and operational guidelines 
  •  Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of rider agreements, records, and related documents
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 
  •  Prior experience in collections, fleet operations, logistics, or field coordination preferred 
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  •  Good reporting, documentation, and record-keeping ability 
  •  Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools 
  •  Ability for field coordination and rider follow-ups 
  •  Problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills 
  •  Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented nature 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet targets 
  •  Willingness to perform field visits when required
