Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving business growth, and enhancing brand awareness. This role will involve a combination of direct sales activities, marketing initiatives, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate deals.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Generate leads through market research and follow up on potential opportunities.
    • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on a regular basis.
  • Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns.
    • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
    • Assist in managing online presence, including website updates and social media channels.
    • Organize promotional events and product launches.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
    • Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries.
