Develop and implement sales strategies to hit monthly/quarterly/yearly targets (for residential, business and/or enterprise broadband services).
Identify new market opportunities: prospective customers, underserved areas, new segments (SME, corporate, institutions).
Conduct field sales: door-to-door visits, cold calls, meetings with clients, channel partners or dealers.
Support marketing campaigns (online and offline): social media, email marketing, events, promotions, advertising to generate leads.
Manage and track leads: maintain CRM or database, update contact details, follow up.
Provide product/service presentations and demonstrations, explain technical features (e.g., broadband packages, value-added services) to non-technical customers.
Collaborate with technical/operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, resolve customer issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, customer feedback; report to management with insights and suggestions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve retention, referrals and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Typically 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the ISP, telecommunications or technology services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads.
