Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales (B2B/B2C).
• Present product features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer details in CRM or sales reports.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Specification:

• Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
