Job Description:

• Identify potential business opportunities through field visits and acquire new merchants within the assigned territory.
•  Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and onboard new business partners. 
•  Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution. 
•  Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction. 
•  Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends. 
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery. 
•  Maintain accurate sales records, update client information, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Specification:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, FMCG, or general trade. 
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build professional client relationships. 
•  Target-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and customer-handling abilities. 
•  Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and prioritize tasks effectively. 
•  Basic proficiency in MS Office for maintaining reports and sales records.
