Customer Assistance: Greet Customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces.
Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell jewellery by explaining product features, quality, and benefits, while upselling or cross-selling as needed.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about different types of jewellery, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.
Billing & Documentation: Handle customer transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of sales.
Store Maintenance: Ensure that jewellery displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stock Management: Keep track of inventory, report low stock levels, and assist in stock replenishment.
Security & Safety: Follow store security procedures and ensure the safety of valuable jewellery items.
Handling Customer Queries & Complaints: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
