Job Description:

• Generate and manage sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide counselling and guidance to clients/customers regarding products or services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand and analyze sales figures, reports, and performance data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and delivery.
• Identify market opportunities and suggest strategies for business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Be flexible with working schedules and timings when required.

Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and counselling fields.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, revenue tracking, and numerical analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to business needs.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet strict timelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
