Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote hotel services, packages, and events to corporate and individual clients.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance guest experience and promotions.

Specification:

• .Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and CRM tools (a plus)
• Target-driven, strategic thinker with leadership abilities
