Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the motorcycle industry.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products through direct sales, trade shows, and other channels.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive product demand.
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach a broader audience.
    • Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional content.
    • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our product range.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Product Management:
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our product offerings meet market needs and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback on product features, quality, and pricing based on customer interactions and market analysis.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our product line competitive.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive business relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
