Job Description:
  • Generate and follow up on B2B and B2C sales leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
  • Promote Elara's services and packages to prospective individual and corporate clients.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by effectively explaining service offerings and addressing client concerns.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the company.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings as required.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and business development activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Follow up on inactive leads and past clients to generate additional business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Specification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, insurance, education consultancy, or other service-based industries will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional personality with a customer-focused and results-driven approach.
