Job Description:

 • Achieve assigned sales targets within the Birgunj territory.

 • Manage and develop dealer and retailer relationships. 

• Visit dealers, contractors, project sites and customers regularly.

 • Generate new business opportunities and leads. 

• Develop relationships with construction and project stakeholders. 

• Follow up on quotations, orders and payments. 

• Monitor market demand and competitor activities. 

• Expand customer and dealer coverage within the assigned territory.

 • Submit regular sales and market reports. 

Specification:

 • BBA/BBS or equivalent. 

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience. 

• Experience in cement, paints, hardware, construction materials or similar industries preferred. 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

 • Must be a resident of Birgunj. 

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
