Job Description:

 • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. 

• Develop and maintain dealer, retailer and customer relationships. 

• Conduct regular market and field visits. 

• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.

 • Develop business through contractors, builders and project customers. 

• Follow up on quotations, orders and collections. 

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends. 

• Identify new dealers and sales opportunities. 

• Maintain regular sales and market reports. 

Specification:

 • BBA/BBS or equivalent. 

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience. 

• Experience in cement, paints, hardware, construction materials or related industries preferred.

 • Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills. 

• Good knowledge of the local market. 

• Must be a resident of Janakpur. 

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
