Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and other potential business customers regularly.
• Introduce and promote company products to prospective and existing HORECA clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA customers.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, demonstrations, and tastings when required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and coordinate customer orders.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and market coverage.
• Coordinate with sales, distribution, and management teams for timely delivery and service.
• Maintain updated records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and market information.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence at customer locations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Support promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and related sales campaigns when required.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HORECA sales, FMCG, food & beverage, coffee, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the HORECA market and customer network.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Good presentation, convincing, and product-selling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
• Ability to follow up on sales, collections, customer requirements, and market activities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, distribution, and management teams.
