Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at outlets.
• Promote products and support promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the team for smooth operations.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics/beauty industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
