Job Description
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at outlets.
- Promote products and support promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the team for smooth operations.
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics/beauty industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
