Sales Officer- Mechi Region (Birtamod)

Job Description:

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate Junior Sales Officers, Supervisors, and Distribution Staff to ensure optimum performance.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize daily and weekly sales routes for all subordinates to improve market coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure strict implementation and regular monitoring of the FIFO (First In, First Out) system across all distributor godowns.
• Conduct regular visits to distributors and wholesalers to strengthen relationships, ensure product availability, and resolve issues promptly.
• Verify, process, and follow up on sales-related claims to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
• Manage the transfer and proper documentation of non-selling, slow-moving, or damaged goods as per company policy.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and market execution to consistently meet and exceed assigned KPIs.

Specification:

• Bachelor completed
• 1-2 Years of experience in similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce reports
• Must have knowledge of sales apps.
• The candidate must have a two-wheeler license and vehicle
