Job Description:

• Assist the Sales Head in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
•  Prepare and share quotations, product details, and price lists with dealers and customers. 
•  Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order processing and timely dispatch. 
•  Ensure accurate sales order entry and maintain proper documentation. 
•  Handle dealer and customer inquiries professionally and follow up on orders. 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers. 
•  Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections. 
•  Conduct market visits to dealers and project sites to strengthen business relationships. 
•  Gather market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. 
•  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 
•  Maintain updated customer records and sales documentation. 
•  Support sales campaigns and other activities assigned by management.

Specification:

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field is preferred.
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, trading, or a related field. 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Good customer service and relationship management skills. 
•  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email. 
•  Good organizational and time management skills. 
•  Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales documentation. 
•  Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. 
•  Honest, punctual, and result-oriented. 
•  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
•  Willingness to travel for market visits and field activities. 
•  Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred. 
•  Experience in the hardware, construction materials, lifting equipment, or trading industry will be an added advantage.
