Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and distributors.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer/retail outlets.
• Collect market feedback and report to management for business improvement and strategy planning.
• Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for timely order processing and payment collection.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer visits, and orders.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware, paint, construction materials, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of local markets in Hetauda / Birgunj region.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
