Sales Officer – Nepalgunj 1

Job Description:

•  Generate sales for RMC and other construction-related products/services.  
• Identify residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.  
•  Build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, engineers, architects and project managers.  
•  Conduct regular project/site visits.  • Generate leads and convert project opportunities into sales.  
•  Follow up on quotations, negotiations and orders.  
•  Maintain relationships with existing customers.  
•  Identify new customers and business opportunities.  
•  Monitor competitor activities and market conditions. 
•   Achieve assigned sales targets.  
•  Prepare regular sales and project pipeline reports.  

Specification:

•   BBA/BBS or equivalent. 
•  3–4 years of sales experience. 
•  Experience in RMC, cement, paints, hardware, construction materials or related industries preferred. 
•  Project sales experience will be an advantage. 
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
•  Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively. 
•  Must be a resident of Nepalgunj. 
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
