Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
    • Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
    • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
    • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Market Research & Analysis
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
  4. Product Promotion & Merchandising
    • Ensure proper placement and display of products in retail stores.
    • Execute promotional campaigns to boost product awareness and sales.
  5. Sales Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and stock levels.
    • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  6. Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with distributors and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or a similar role.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
