• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery types.
• Neat, presentable appearance.
• Ability to handle pressure and busy store hours.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces.
• Explain product details, including materials, prices, designs, and warranties.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of display counters and the store.
• Assist with inventory management and stock displays.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Stay updated about new collections and product knowledge.
• Follow all showroom policies, including security and loss prevention measures.
