Job Description:

• Generate and verify customer invoices, follow up on pending payments, and support revenue collection activities.
•  Contact customers for subscription and contract renewals, explain available plans, and ensure uninterrupted service. 
•  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing concerns, and provide professional post-sales support. 
•  Coordinate with finance, technical, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. 
•  Maintain accurate customer records, billing information, payment status, and service updates in the CRM system. 
•  Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and build long-term customer relationships. 
•  Prepare billing, collection, renewal, and customer service reports while identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

Specification:

• Bachelor's degree (Running/Completed) in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 
•  Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience in customer service, billing, collections, telesales, or post-sales support is an advantage. 
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. 
•  Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. 
•  Good problem-solving, follow-up, and time management skills. 
•  Customer-focused with the ability to meet renewal and collection targets.
