Job Description:

• Generate and manage sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide effective counselling and guidance to clients regarding products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Analyze sales figures, reports, and performance data to drive business growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Work efficiently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Remain flexible with working schedules and business requirements.

Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and counselling.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, revenue tracking, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
