Senior HR Officer-Naxal, kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Oversee overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit management 
  •  Plan and execute effective hiring strategies for clinical and non-clinical staff 
  •  Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection) 
  •  Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, and benefits administration 
  •  Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation accurately 
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare industry regulations 
  •  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs 
  •  Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution 
  •  Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems 
  •  Support training, development, and staff engagement programs 
  •  Ensure proper attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling 
  •  Work closely with department heads for manpower planning
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field .
  •  Minimum 3–7 years of HR experience (preferably in hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical sector) .
  •  Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws .
  •  Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition .
  •  Payroll management and HR software handling .
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
