Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and project brainstorming to identify business opportunities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies in coordination with sales, internal teams, clients, and management.
Lead marketing campaigns, presentations, training programs, exhibitions, events, and market outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, understanding client needs, and identifying new project opportunities.
Identify market trends, customer requirements, and sales opportunities to support revenue growth.
Manage customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maximize client satisfaction.
Supervise the marketing team, including planning, task execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
Monitor the Underdesigned Project List, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain stage-wise project reports.
Supervise the preparation of quotations, specifications, proposals, and other project documentation.
Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end process of closing deals and projects.
Drive PR and business development activities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate project and client meetings, including travel outside Kathmandu Valley when required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team.
Strong market research, analytical, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational, planning, time-management, and reporting abilities.
Creative, commercially aware, proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Comfortable traveling outside Kathmandu Valley for client meetings and project coordination.
Negotiable / based on experience.
