• Drive enterprise sales revenue targets across ISP, ICT, cloud, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build pipelines, and grow key enterprise accounts.
• Manage CXO-level relationships, handle negotiations, contracts, and strategic account retention.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and SLA compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams while tracking KPIs and performance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s in Management, IT, Telecom, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–15+ years in enterprise sales/ISP/ICT with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, and telecom services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
