Showroom Representative & Social Media Content Creator-Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  •  Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products. 
  •  Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers. 
  •  Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information. 
  •  Follow up with customer leads and inquiries to support sales conversions. 
  •  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. 
  •  Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays. 
  •  Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and presented. 
  •  Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly showroom sales targets. 
  •  Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback accurately. 
  •  Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and product photos for social media platforms. 
  •  Plan, film, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 
  •  Showcase products, promotions, and brand campaigns through creative content. 
  •  Generate fresh and engaging content ideas aligned with marketing objectives. 
  •  Coordinate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns effectively. 
  •  Perform basic video editing to create high-quality and engaging content. 
  •  Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats. 
  •  Ensure all published content reflects the company's brand identity and messaging. 
  •  Assist in promotional events, product launches, and showroom marketing activities. 
  •  Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
Specification:
  • Previous experience in retail sales, showroom operations, customer service, or social media content creation is an advantage.
  •  Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with customers confidently. 
  •  Basic photography and videography skills. 
  •  Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 
  •  Basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop editing tools. 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Customer-oriented with excellent presentation skills. 
  •  Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. 
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  •  Good organizational and time management skills. 
  •  Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. 
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment.
