Job Description:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly.
• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process sales orders, handle billing, and coordinate with accounts for invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
• Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock status when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor's degree completed
• 1+ year of experience in retail or showroom sales preferred 
• Strong Communication Skills
