Job Description:

•  Manage and maintain the clinic’s social media platforms
•  Respond to social media inquiries, messages, and comments professionally
•  Handle official emails and online communication
• Create and post engaging social media content regularly
• Maintain the clinic’s digital presence and brand image
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
•  Monitor audience engagement and social media performance
•  Ensure timely updates across all digital platforms 

Specification:

•  Intermediate completed or Bachelor’s running
•  6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling preferred
•  Freshers are also encouraged to apply
•  Good written and verbal English communication skills
•  Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email handling
•  Creative, active, and good at online communication
• Basic knowledge of Canva and MS Office is an advantage
•  Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
