Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service practices on social media.
  • Ability to stay active and attentive during shift hours.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and personal device (laptop/mobile).
Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.) from 6 PM to 11 PM remotely.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and professional online engagement.
  • Report important queries, complaints, or urgent issues to the management team.
  • Attend a 4-hour office session daily(or as per schedule) for meetings, content updates, and team coordination.
